' Twas A Bumpy Ride

If anyone had told me seven months ago that I would be back in a relationship,
and with a doctor nonetheless, I would have cracked a smile and confidently said,
"It might be every girl's dream to be with a doctor, but it certainly isn't mine."
If one had asked me why, I could fluently list down all the three reasons or more without any hesitation.
But, Fauzi opened my eyes and changed my perceptions.
He proved me wrong.
He did everything for me.
He made me feel special.
He was honest with me.
He stayed loyal to me.
He made time for me.
He made me happy.
He treated me well.
No one would have thought that Fauzi and I would have been caught in a huge dispute,
or rather, in a web of infidelity,
after all those lovey dovey posts you see on Instagram or, and Twitter.
Heck, even I, myself, did not see that one coming.
I was THIS close thinking that my initial perspective on doctors are true.
As sad and bitter as it was,
I swallowed the pain and hurt and put up my bravest face and forgave him.
You can call me all names under the Sun for being stupid or an idiot, but as much of a jerk he was,
he is still my boyfriend and he deserves a chance to explain.
Heck, I, deserve an explanation!
I really hope after this episode of bumpy ride,
I would never have to face this kind of situation ever again.
Cause it pains me.
We are not teenagers anymore, we are young adults, who are about to embark upon married life.
I, personally, think that we are not at the age to fool with anyone's heart anymore.
It is either you're in it for life, or you're out.
If a girl can stay loyal and has only you in her eyes,
why can't a boy do the same and return her favour?
Please, be the gentleman your mother taught and raised you to be.
Pictures were taken after explanation session, therefore the bags under my eyes.
Pardon me.
Feeling rather sombre,
Natasha
