Home Family Family Enroute to Mecca
Family Enroute to Mecca

It has been long over due, I am aware, nonetheless, here I am, writing this entry down. Bear with me.
🙏
Upon the arrival of Syaaban, my grandmother had decided to fly her daughters and sons, along her side to Mecca with one sole purpose, okay, maybe two purposes:
1) visit my grandfather's grave
2) perform their Umrah
To say everyone was excited is definitely an understatement. Everybody had been experiencing several episodes of palpitation for being over ecstatic at the prospect of visiting grandpa after a year he passed on and crossed the great divine. All of his children were looking forward to this trip.
So did his eldest grandchild.
/ahem/
Unfortunately, fate won't have it. I did not manage to collect the sufficient amount of benjamin to make the travel possible for me. And as if to give me more reasons to put my plan on halt - my leave was not approved.
Hence, I had to, unwillingly, stay in Malaysia and waited, impatiently, for any news or photos from them, who I am certain are having a great time and experience, as we speak.
😐
On a serious note:
As people grow older, they get wiser. Hence, I would like to clarify that my family and I have grown so much, and have gotten even more wise than the years before.
Life has taught me one thing and that is, a few changes in life are necessary for the betterment of oneself.
