Penang Chillexing!

I just started my semester's break. It had been quite a long time since my family and I went on a vacation. The last time was end of last year to France Village.

Off to Penang we went in commemorating my little brother's birthday.

We arrived at Park Royal Hotel at 11 a.m. That hotel was beautiful, the beach was magnificent, the service was marvelous and the workers were extremely friendly. It amazed me to no end to see the hotel workers remember all of their guests full names and to which rooms they belonged to.

Amazing.

A little stalk-ish too cause they know the date and time you checked-in to their hotel and the kind of car you drive. Even the chefs, who, I'm sure, don't leave the kitchen, know too.

Since it's summer in the Europe, so Park Royal was occupied with Americans, Brits, Germans, Canadian, Irish, and the list goes on.

The hotel workers and the foreigners were close with each other. Maybe it's because they'd been staying at the hotel for months, so they bonded.

It's heart-warming to see the concierge, housekeeper, cleaner, even the pool boy speak in English fluently.

The Malay traditional massage hut. We had some massage that evening and was worth the pay!

Garden+Beach Wedding. A beautiful reception, I must say. Congrats cousin Tessa!

Funny thing about eating at this hotel, be it for breakfast or lunch or dinner, was, for those who could not finish their food, will have to pay. 10 pound of leftovers equals to MYR 25. Lol.

Therefore, we were very particular and careful with whatever we took. But, the food served were de*waif for it*licious, that we couldn't help but get more. Lol. Finger licking good! Haha. AND we didn't pay any cause we ate everything edible, except the muffin's wrapper of course. Haha.

Sunset. My helplessly romantic grandparents. Hehe. They were talking about their 'youth' and if I heard correctly, they did mention, 'honeymoon'. They are known for liberating their 18SX topics.
