Happy Mother's Day, Mums!
Because celebrating with just one mother is too mainstream. . .
Being born an only child and in a very close family,
I have to admit that I am indeed privileged, as my aunts and uncles treat me as if I am their own.
They are the people I go to;
when I have problems and conflicts
when I feel down and rejected
when I need company and support
and especially when mama is angry with me, haha.
They have always been there for me.
At every step of the way.
Never once had they turned their back.
Holding my tiny hands, guiding me through all the hurdles in life,
So will I not go astray in this complex world.
For all sacrifices and tender care they have shown to me for the past 23 years,
I have only one thing to say,
Wishing all ladies in my family a joyous and meaningful Mother's Day!
I love you. To the moon and back.
