Unwind

Cracks started to form in our foundation.
Stress flared across the room - anyone within a radius of ten miles would have sensed and noticed it.
Hence, a day trip to a peaceful place to unwind ourselves was what we needed.

‘Twas a wonderful rebound day – with the panoramic view and the cool
ambience,
and the breezy weather was the cherry on top - mended our heartache.

The ones, who barely spoke more than two words since the beginning
of September last year,
had reverted to their old selves and willingly engaged themselves in conversations.
The one who hardly smiled because of some misunderstanding with her siblings,
gotten over the differences of opinion and smiled, heck, she even cracked some good jokes.

There’s nothing more than a girl could
wish for,
but to see her mother and her aunties, to be close again and happy,
- as happy as they were when she was younger.

How I wish I could turn the time, and travel
back to the period when my family was everything,
but, falling-out. Let us take a baby step each day, and patch this up together - even if it takes forever.

Looking at these photos of me and my baby brothers, I couldn't help but pray to God that we will never grow apart. I really hope that no girls will come between us and tear us.
Please God, find genuine and kind girls for them, as they deserve the best.
They are my life, and if anything were to happen to my parents, they're all that I have.
Pardon me for a rather sappy entry.
Good night city dwellers,
Natasha
