Lol, I believe she does have a point there.

We can't talk in the library, let alone picking up phone calls. It's very disturbing. If it really is an important phone call, you might as well pick it up outside of the library, far from everybody's earshot, that could save you from the angry glares.

I believe, this should be applied not just to the Americans or Asians, but to all.

Nonetheless, to criticize them about bringing their whole clan to apartment complexes, that I'm not so sure.
